Childbirth Preparation

The "7 benefits" for parents who choose to participate in Karen's childbirth preparation sessions  are:

1.  The class is interactive, using creativity and practice to support the birth preparation process.
2.  Mothers and fathers concerns regarding birth are valued and addressed.
3.  Each participant's learning style and needs are respected and supported.
4.  Particpants gain the confidence to make choices from a place of power verses fear.
5.  The birth material covered in the class is evidence based. 
6.  Karen's non judgmental teaching style allows for open discussion.
7. There are only four couples per class, creating a safe intimate learning environment.
