"Making Choices with Confidence"
During pregnancy,labour, birth, breastfeeding and parenting there
are many choices to make. To make those choices from a place of
power verses fear creates a very different experience. Join Karen
Reed at Nurtured on February 19, 2012 @ 10:30am to explore how to confidently
make choices that are right for you. Karen will delve into the options available in the HRM regarding care providers and the models of care, birth preparation for first time parents, parents who are birthing again, parents who are having multiples or a VBAC and doula support.
Karen Reed provides birth doula services, Birthing From Within and Lamaze childbirth preparation classes to pregnant women and their families in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area.
